01

Picnic Table cluster

The Picnic Table route contains several early Milk Molar leads plus a Mega Molar. Useful landmarks include the Toxic Anthill cave, the small cave west of the table near the old hot dog, the locked briefcase on top of the table, and the nearby cooler route.

Treat the briefcase as a separate prerequisite. Solve the current clue chain before the trip; do not carry a code copied from an older video and assume the interaction is unchanged.

02

Entrance and Pine Hill

In Entrance, one Milk Molar sits on a mushroom route on the large central tree, while another is hidden in a disposable cup near the Garbage Can. These make a sensible pair because they share the same broader return route.

Pine Hill has a combat-heavy pair associated with a spider-infested area and the Signals and Stashes route. Carry healing, a reliable weapon, and enough inventory space before treating it as an easy collectible detour.

03

Requirement-gated Molars

A cave west of the Trash Bags outpost uses cracked-rock access, so bring a verified explosive. The Ice Cream Cart route adds cold pressure and cave enemies; use chill protection or a short healing-supported visit rather than arriving unprepared.

Later Statue-area Molars involve harder routes, vertical access, or story pressure. Mark them and return after the related region is already part of your normal progression loop.

04

Track the collection safely

Record region, landmark, type, requirement, and collected state. Separate regular and Mega Molars so the upgrade result is clear when you return to the menu.

After a patch, re-check the access gate before rewriting the location. A route can become stale even when the collectible remains in the same broad region.
